Privacy Policy

• Account information — your email address, name, and a securely hashed password, handled by our authentication provider, Clerk. If you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile information Google shares (name, email).
• Phone number — collected once, right after you sign up, so we can identify and contact you about your inquiry.
• Inquiry details — the services you're interested in, quantities, and any project details you provide (for example, number of website pages or domains, a preferred domain name, or a free-text message).
• Internal notes and status — if you become a client, our team may add internal notes and a pipeline status (e.g. "Submitted", "Paid") to your inquiry. These are visible to our staff only, never to other clients.

We don't ask for anything beyond this. In particular, we don't collect payment card details — this portal doesn't process payments (see our Refund Policy for how billing works).

• To create and secure your account, and route you to the right dashboard.
• To follow up on your inquiry and manage our sales and onboarding process.
• To identify the platform owner account internally (your phone number is checked against one configured number at sign-up; it is never shared or published).

• You — your own account and inquiry history.
• Our admin staff — for the limited purpose of managing your inquiry.
• Clerk, Inc. — our authentication provider, which processes your email, password, and session data under its own privacy policy.
• Supabase — hosts the Postgres database that stores your account and inquiry data.
• Vercel — hosts and serves this application.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your data with marketers. See our Cookie Policy for the full list of what runs on this site.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by our database provider. Access to the admin dashboard is restricted to authorized staff and enforced on our servers, not just in the browser. Database access is scoped and role-based rather than open to the public internet.

We keep your account and inquiry data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us — see below.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing warownsyou7@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA; contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

This service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we change how we collect or use information, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date above.
