Client Portal lets you submit inquiries for services we offer (for example: websites, AI call handling, advertising, business/review cards, short-form video, Google review campaigns, lead follow-up, digital menus, online ordering, loyalty programs, SEO, review generation, an AI chatbox, and dashboard access) and lets our team track and respond to those inquiries.

Submitting an inquiry is not a purchase or a binding order. Prices shown in the portal are indicative starting prices. Final scope, pricing, and delivery terms for any engagement are agreed directly between you and our team, separately from this portal. Payment is currently arranged outside of this portal (invoice, card terminal, or another method we agree on) — the portal does not process payments itself.

• You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
• Accounts are for a single person or business — please don't share credentials.

You agree not to:

• Use the portal for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to bypass the security of this service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the portal.

The Client Portal software, branding, and design belong to us. Content you submit through an inquiry (for example, a message or a domain preference) remains yours; you grant us permission to use it solely to respond to and fulfill your inquiry.

We may add, change, or remove services, and may update pricing shown in the portal, at any time. We'll always confirm final pricing and scope with you directly before any paid work begins.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe poses a security risk to the platform or other users.

This portal is provided "as is." We don't guarantee specific business outcomes (like a number of leads, reviews, or search rankings) beyond what's explicitly agreed in a separate service agreement with you. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this portal is limited to the fees you've paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
